Patient & Family Bios!

The form below is also an opportunity for you to share your story with DM dancers & supporters on our website. This way everyone involved in Dance Marathon gets to know your son or daughter on a more personal level that doesn’t solely focus on their diagnosis and gives the cause a face. Your family will have their own section on the DM website that you can tell the dancers whatever you want. If you wish you can attach a photo(s) of your child/family to put on the website or to give to your dancer/organization.

Another thing we have added to the website is the family story page where you can tell your storys about your child, time at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Dance Ma

rathon, or whatever you want to say. This, in addition to the family pages, gives dancers an inspiration or a more personal reason to raise money for DM. If you would like to contribute your story, please complete the form and
