Slam Poet: Gabriela Garcia Medina

Gabriela Garcia Medina is an international spoken word artist and award winning poet. She has performed at colleges, festivals and conferences all over the world. From the World Social Forum, Brazil (2004) to Havana Jazz Plaza (2001), her poetry has taken her to places such as South Africa, Cuba, Brazil, Switzerland and all over the United States. Her book, “Ink-Scribing Oshun”, has been touring nationally since 2006.
