Both applications will be available online until Wednesday, March 14 at 8:00pm. Questions can be directed to utdm@utk.edu or 974-8481. If you apply for Top 4, please come by the office (315-A) to sign up for an interview. Interviews will be scheduled for Exec candidates at a later date.

The 2012 Love Run 5k benefits UTK’s Dance Marathon and East Tennessee Children’s Hospital!
The event will take place Sat. Feb 18 and the run begins at noon.The 5k course will be through the University of Tennessee’s campus and will begin and end at Circle Park

Each pre registered runner will receive a t shirt. Pre-registration ends at 4pm Fri. Feb. 17th. There will be a day of race registration, however, this will be a $30 registration fee & no guarantee of a t shirt.
There will be awards for top 3 finishers male/female and the first masters finisher both male and female.
All registration fees directly benefit Dance Marathon as we raise money for the hematology & oncology department of the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital!

The goal of Dance Marathon is to raise money for the patients of the Hematology and Oncology unit of East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, while providing a fun-filled and heart felt event that involves UT’s best and brightest students as well as community members. To make a difference in the lives of the thousands of children undergoing treatment for both cancer and blood-related disorders.

The event will be held on Thurs Feb. 16 from 10pm-2am at RT’s on Cumberland Ave!
The show is 18+ and only a $5 donation to get in. Additional donations will be accepted! Tickets will be sold on Pedestrian Walkway and at the door.

Dance Marathon, the largest student-run philanthropy on campus, has been held at UT every year since 1995 and to-date has raised more than $900,000.
UT is one of 77 colleges and universities around the country participating in the Children’s Miracle Network Dance Marathon program. Each school chooses an area hospital to benefit and UT’s event benefits the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. The event is the culmination of a year of fundraising for the hematology and oncology clinic at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
UT’s Dance Marathon lasts from 9 p.m. Friday, March 2nd, to 9 a.m. Saturday, March 3, in the Tennessee Recreational Center for Students (TRECS) on campus. Check-in for participants starts at 8 p.m. For more information, call 865-974-8481, check out the website, or email utdm@utk.edu .
